The fine print:
Passwords are required to pick up children under the age 12 at McKenzie Towne Hall. Click here to read the Passwords Policy.
If your child is under the age of 12 a Walk Home General Release Form must be filled out, signed and handed in to the Recreation Programmer in order for the child to leave class by themselves.
All classes will run for 5-13 weeks with a couple of exceptions, depending on the season and style of class.
CLASS REGISTRATION POLICY: All classes are subject to being cancelled due to lack of registration. In the event that a class must be cancelled, you may transfer to another class (see below), receive full credit on your account, or we will issue a full refund within 2-4 weeks.
CLASS DETAIL DISCREPANCIES: In the case of a discrepancy between printed and online material, we will honour the course details listed online in the registration process.
TRANSFERS may be accommodated if space is available. If a transfer results in an increase in class fees, those fees must be paid at time of transfer. Transfers can only be done within the first two weeks of the session.
Class participants must check in with the Customer Service Representative at the front desk before proceeding to your class.
